Orders

Browse our catalogue, select your size and quantity, and add items to your cart. When you're
ready, go to the cart and proceed to checkout. Choose your delivery address, select a
payment method, and confirm your order.
Order modifications (size, quantity, address) are only possible before the order is packed.
Contact our support team as soon as possible at support@jerseygarage.in if you need to make a
change.
Once an order is packed or shipped, modifications are no longer possible.
Go to My Account → My Orders to see the live status of your order. Once
shipped, a tracking ID and courier link will be available on the order details page.
Orders placed via Razorpay that are not paid within 15 minutes are automatically cancelled
and stock is released. This can happen if the payment window was closed without completing
the transaction. You can place the order again — your cart items are saved.
Yes! For bulk orders of 10+ jerseys, contact us at support@jerseygarage.in with the details and
we'll provide a custom quote with discounts.
Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days
depending on your location across India. Metro cities are usually faster (3–5 days).
Yes, free shipping is available on orders above a certain amount. The applicable threshold
and current shipping charges are displayed at checkout based on your cart value and delivery
location.
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is on our roadmap — follow us
on social media for updates.
First, check with neighbours or the building reception as couriers sometimes leave packages
there. If still unresolved, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery
status update with your order ID. We'll investigate with the courier and resolve it
promptly.
Returns & Refunds

Go to My Account → My Orders, select the order and tap Request
Return on the item you want to return. Fill in the reason and submit. Our team
will review within 1–2 business days and schedule a free pickup if approved.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Refund timelines depend on your payment method:
- JerseyGarage Wallet — Instant
- UPI / Net Banking — 3–5 business days
- Credit / Debit Card — 5–7 business days
- COD — Credited to Wallet within 24 hours
We currently don't support direct exchanges. You can return the item for a refund and place
a new order in the correct size. Wallet refunds are instant, making this process quick and
seamless.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@jerseygarage.in with your order ID and
clear photos. We'll arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund —
whichever you prefer.

- JerseyGarage Wallet
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — select pincodes
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant and
uses 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your full card details on our servers.
This can happen due to a bank or network glitch. In most cases, the amount is automatically
reversed to your account within 5–7 business days. If it isn't, contact us with your order
ID and bank transaction reference and we'll resolve it with Razorpay.
Your wallet is credited when you receive a refund. The balance can be used to pay for future
orders at checkout. Wallet balance never expires and can cover partial or full order
amounts.
Products

We clearly mention on each product page whether it is an official licensed jersey or a
high-quality replica/fan version. Each listing includes fabric details and quality grade so
you can make an informed purchase.
Each product page has a Size Guide button with chest, waist, and length
measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend going one size up for a comfortable fit.
Jersey sizing can vary by brand, so always check the guide before ordering.
Yes! Select jerseys support custom printing. Look for the "Add Name &
Number" option on the product page. Please note that custom-printed jerseys are
non-returnable unless they arrive defective.
