Overview
At JerseyGarage, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we've made our cancellation and refund process as simple as possible.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order directly from your account under My Orders. Cancellations are allowed based on the current status of your order:

You may cancel individual items in a multi-item order. If you cancel part of an order, only the cancelled item(s) will be refunded.
Cancellation Window
We recommend cancelling as early as possible. Once an order is packed and handed to our courier partner, cancellation may not be guaranteed.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original packaging with tags attached
- Free from stains, damage, or signs of wear
- Accompanied by the original invoice
Return requests must be raised through your account dashboard under My Orders → Request Return. Our team will review the request within 2 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or personalized jerseys (name/number printing)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
Refund Process
Here's how a refund works after a cancellation or approved return:
Request Raised
You cancel the order or raise a return request from My Orders.
Review & Approval
Our team reviews the request within 1–2 business days. For returns, we may ask for photos of the item.
Pickup (Returns Only)
A pickup is scheduled within 2–3 business days. Please keep the item packed and ready.
Refund Issued
Once approved or item received, refund is processed within 5–7 business days.

Bank processing times may vary. JerseyGarage is not responsible for delays on the bank's end once the refund is initiated.
Wallet Refunds
All refunds can be credited to your JerseyGarage Wallet for faster processing. Wallet balance can be used on future orders and never expires.
COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders that are cancelled or returned, refunds are issued exclusively to your JerseyGarage Wallet. Bank transfers are not available for COD refunds.
The wallet amount can be used immediately for future purchases on JerseyGarage.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order ID
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
